TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

The following Terms And Conditions Of Use is a legal contract between the client and Snap Studio Photo Booth regarding the services being provided.

1. INTRODUCTION

Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully. By accessing our site or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms and conditions.


2. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

At our discretion, Snap Studio Photo Booth may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Terms of Use, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.

3. PAYMENTS

3.1. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure the event date & time. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received by Snap Studio Photo Booth. 
3.2. The outstanding amount must be paid in full by the client to Snap Studio Photo Booth at least 14 days prior to the event, failure to do so will result in cancellation of the booking and client forfeiting the deposit.
3.3. If a booking has less than 7 days of notice til the event, a non-refundable full payment is required within 48 hours of the booking to secure the date and time.

3.4. By paying any part of the invoice, the client is agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

4. PRICES, FEES & SURCHARGES

4.1. Prices are subject to change, please check and confirm before booking for current rates.

4.2. A travel surcharge will apply if the event is outside the 100 kms radius of Springfield 4300.

4.3. An idle fee of $50 per hour will apply for extended wait period unless an agreement had been made between Snap Studio Photo Booth and the client prior to the event.

4.4. Surcharges will apply to certain dates such as public holidays. Please check prior to booking.

5. CANCELLATION & CHANGES

5.1. All deposit are non refundable.

5.2. Request to make any changes to the original booking (e.g time, date) must be made at least 21 days prior to the client's event date and is subject to Snap Studio Photo Booth's availability.

5.3. All cancellation will result in client forfeiting the deposit. 

5.4. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice prior to the event will result in client forfeiting both deposit and any other payment made to Snap Studio Photo Booth.

5.5. Snap Studio Photo Booth reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time. If that is the case, the client will receive a full refund of all payments made to date.

6. DAMAGES & RESPONSIBILITY
6.1. Snap Studio Photo Booth reserves the right to stop or refuse usage of our equipment at anytime to prevent any damages that may be caused.
6.2. Any threats to harm or damage our equipment or staff whether physical or verbal will result in ceasing the service with no refund or compensation offered.
6.3. The client is fully responsible for all damages to Snap Studio Photo Booth's equipment during the client's hire period.

6.4. The client will be held responsible for payment to repair or replace the damaged item/s.

7. USE OF IMAGES

7.1 When hiring from Snap Studio Photo Booth the client gives permission for all photos from the event to be used as advertising material on our website and social media pages. 

7.2 Please notify us if you do not consent to your photos being used by us.


8. FORCE MAJEURE

8.1. Snap Studio Photo Booth cannot be held liable for failing to perform under the agreement by the occurrence of any event beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to, a labour disturbance, fire, threatened or actual act of terrorism, natural disaster, extreme weather events (including but not limited to flooding, cyclones, earthquakes, which events might prevent our staff from reaching the venue or to perform his/her duties whilst at the venue), or war.

8.2. The client agrees that in all circumstances, Snap Studio Photo Booth liability is limited to an amount equal to the booking cost and cannot be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
